Frequently Asked Questions

We begin delivering pumpkins the week of Sept. 28th. We will reach out to you and let you know your delivery date as it approaches. Normally the pumpkins are dropped off by a crew member and a designer within two hours to begin your display. 

Not at all! We work outside and are respectful of your property. We will communicate with you before hand so you know when we are coming. We will chat through any other specific instructions you have for us before delivery. 

We are based out of Fort Mill, SC. We deliver to Ballantyne, Marvin,  and Waxhaw, NC along with Indian Land, Fort Mill and Rock Hill, SC. If you are close to those area, give us a shout and let's see if we can fit you into our schedule. 

This happens quite often! We would love to help! Take a picture of your porch and send to us. We will walk you through the packages to see which one best suits your needs.

At the end of the season, we can gather your pumpkins to take them to local farms where they will be used as food for the animals. We also collect the hay bales to be used as bedding for the animals. It is win-win for everyone!
